I have been doing an hour of yoga almost every day for a year now in a yoga gym . It is very beneficial for me, for instance my back has become more straight than it was before. I was humped . So I decided to change it through doing yoga.
There are so many asanas that can help me to get rid of the problem and bad habits . I am so glad that I made it through my hard work. Furthermore I am more self-disciplined as I can keep doing yoga every day. Secondly I have peace of mind, because I don't have to compete with others who can do the asana better than me. I know everybody has their own advantages and disadvantages. We should accept our disadvantages
and improve them. Because our physical conditions are different. Accordingly
there is no comparison with others. Instead we can be complete as we are, as long as we continue to grow and on its own is excellent.
