没有就是 have not.( have is verb in here) . 不 就是 do not. So, 这里用 不，就是 爸爸 do not sleep.

爸爸每天中午都没有休息时间，这样就可以，你可以这样理解，这个语境下，没有是don’t have, 不是no，但在其他语境，差别不大。
