Today is sunny. I’ve been invited to a New Year’s Eve party. My friends have rented a campsite and barbecue grills. Everyone has contributed something, and I have bought beverages, hoping they’ll enjoy Pepsi. It was (will be?) great to reconnect with old friends. Later, my dad is coming over to have a drink with Chloe’s dad. It’s going to be a wild night, so hold on tight.
