None of those sentences make sense. Where did you get them from?
I'm going to take some work home?
I'm going to go for a walk?

Do you mean 'walk'? I'm going to take a walk. I'm going to go for a walk. If this is what you mean, they have the same meaning. Your sentences with 'work' don't make sense.
