Today's weather is extreme and unpredictable. Last night was hot without wind blowing. However early morning the rain poured heavily for about hours then stopped. In a few hours later the rain cats and dog poured several hours together with the strong wind. Even the rain stop but sky is still dark looks it is going to rain again. Yet I love the weather much since it makes colder not only outside but inside as well. It's better than the climate in summer. It means that we can saver for the Air Conditioner. Everything has a good side and a bad side. This situation effects the long traffic jam in most every street in my city. Whatever the weather's today, just thanks to the Creator of the Universe, the Almighty Allah, who still provides rain for the ground to grow the kind of plants and give a life for the nature and all human beings in the world.

Today's weather is extreme and unpredictable. Last night was hot without any wind. However, early morning the rain poured heavily for hours and then stopped. A few hours later, it was raining cats and dogs [Just be aware that "raining cats and dogs" is a colloquialism. I don't see people use it often, but you made a good effort to use it.] for several hours together with strong wind. Even when the rain stopped, the sky was still dark like it was going to rain again. [I rephrased this into the past tense because you started this paragraph in the past tense.] Yet I love this weather very much [or "a lot" in American English] since it makes it colder not only outside but inside as well. It's better than the climate in the summer. It means that we can save on air conditioning. Everything has a good side and a bad side. This situation causes long traffic jams in most every street in my city. Whatever the weather is [we don't contract just any word with "is". Only certain words like "it is" = "it's"] today, thanks to the Creator of the Universe, the Almighty Allah, who still provides rain for the ground to grow plants and give life to nature and all human beings in the world.
