Today, I am going to a ramen shop near my house with my friend. The shop opened recently, and I have wanted to go there for a long time. I am really excited to try it today. Miso ramen is famous at this shop. I like miso ramen very much, so I think I will enjoy it. I hope the ramen is delicious. I also want to see what the shop looks like inside.
After eating ramen, we are going to a coffee shop. I want to drink coffee and eat dessert there. I like desserts at coffee shops. My favorite desserts are chocolate cake and pudding. I am not sure what I will order today, but both sound good. I want to relax and talk with my friend while we enjoy our coffee and dessert. It will be a nice way to spend the evening.
Tomorrow, I have my first class at university, so I need to get up early. I do not want to be sleepy in class. I will try to go to bed early tonight. I hope I can have a fun evening and still get enough sleep.

Contractions are a very simple change that add a more natural feeling to the text :). Otherwise, it's solid, but could benefit from more varied structures. For example, simple inversion would create the sentence "Both sound good to me, so I am unsure what to order." This results in a more enjoyable read to me as I breaks the repetition of sentences that start with I. Good job and keep practicing!
