It is really hard to say whether it’s good or bad to turn a hobby into a career. Ideas vary, and I do not know about you, but I would want to know what your priorities are. I believe most people have hobbies, such as singing, painting and playing an instrument, but only a small proportion of them (can) turn a hobby into a career. For all we know, someone who is crazy about singing may not be cut out for singing. Therefore, in that case I do not think it is wise to turn this hobby into a career, because the prospect may be grim. However, it is entirely feasible for people who have great artistic talent in a certain hobby to turn the hobby into a career. They are competitive and more likely to succeed in this field than others. No matter what we choose, we should acquire happiness and achievement from what we are doing.
