Both بس and لكن are used to mean “but” in Egyptian dialect.

لكن does exist in MSA 
بس doesn’t.

Or is ولا in Egyptian dialect not أو which is from MSA.

you can use either بس or لكن، you can use لكن in MSA. 
as for او or ولا , both are used, and there is no difference. I think we use them interchangeably, and it doesn’t matter. But for MSA, say او or ام
