"等…了" ：It‘s a future time structure, 它的意思说 when something happens （in the future)
比如说：1.等你通过HSK4了，你就能找到很好的工作。
2.等我有钱了，我就去很多地方旅游。

“...的话”，它的意思就是“如果”，我们也常常说“如果...的话”，比如说：
1. 明天不下雨的话，我们就去骑自行车。
2.（如果）他去了银行的话，现在他就有钱买衣服了。
