What career is best for a polyglot?

Where do people knowing many languages work? How do they apply them in their career?

The United Nations Headquarters in NY esp if you are fluent (speak, read and write ) in one of the 6 official languages of the UN, namely

English, Chinese, French, Arabic, Spanish and Russian

There are other options too such as tour guides, interpreters to name a few.
