I've only just arrived home.

In these exampes:

only means 'a singular thing'

just means 'recently and only'

So, only is redundant and actually adds nothing to the sentence.

Do you know the song by the Carpenters: "We've Only Just Begun"

The first one is correct!

Never use the second option! It is grammatically wrong.
