Couple of us started a group for language learning enthusiasts in Serbia. It's a great place to find locals or if you already are one, find somebody to regularly speak your desired foreign language, but also if you're new in town meet up and trade your language for a tour. Two people from Belgrade who can speak Spanish should be able to have a cup of coffee and craft their Spanish skills further. ;)

As soon as the number of members becomes steady enough, we will try to connect our activities with Italki (maybe posting some articles and promoting italki as well) and try to have more fun when it comes to Serbia.
