Fernweh (Distance pain) -（距离的痛苦）

Kummerspeck (Grief bacon) -（伤心的培根）

Innerer Schweinehund (Inner pig dog) -（心里的猪狗）

Fremdschämen (Exterior shame) －（外部的羞耻）

Actually, we *do* say earworm for songs that get stuck in your head, at least here in the US (although it probably was derived from the German word).
