Malicious Gossip
After witnessing a problem happened between work_mates where I work, I realized how dirty and malicious telling someone what another person said about him /her ,even if it was true, this will lead to a great hatred ,enmity and ruins social relationships.
I realized how our Lord is all_wise when he warned us of being Backbiter or Tattletale.

Gossip never has been good except in a very occasional situation that informs or helps people so they could avoid fraud or endangerment. But also, I know why people would gossip, although this does not apply to everyone, to take some of the heavy and unpleasant feeling out, but still it shouldn't be taken lightly. :/ It's quite sad... I also should be careful. It's a good lesson for me as well. Always try to think positively or at least be able to forgive the person. Unnecessary gossip can be avoided and should be.
