@salvatore it narrates an incident of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) when he was on his death bed.It says:

"When it was time for Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) to leave this world,he asked the angel of death (Izrael) if his nation has to bear the pain of death as well?The angel of death answered in the affirmative.At that point the Holy prophet (p.b.u.h) started to cry.Then God Almighty told him 'oh Prophet! if your nation recites 'ayat ul kursi'(a verse from Holy Qur'an: 255th verse of 2nd Surah) after every prayer,then at the time of death,their one foot will be in this world and the other will be in the paradise.' "
