Concerning the arab version (which I would call the Moroccan version, even the casablancais version) is a parody, speaking about someone who has no money and wanna marry the girl he loves, unfortunately she gets married to someone else. The lyrics are not understandable for other arab countries because they're very special and only some Morrocan people would understand them (Casablanca, Rabat, Fès,...)
