Another useful plugin is AwsomeTTS. This allows you to download audio of the words and/or phrases on your cards in your target language. In Spanish for instance, you can download pronunciation audio clips from SpanishDict and Yandex Translate. The first is good for Latin & South American Spanish while Yandex is good for Peninsular Spanish.

I didn't waste my time on reading that, and just skimmed the text. So I probably don't posses the full picture, but dare say that's bad advice to use shared decks for language learning. Either you supplement them or not, there're not yours. You will definitely get less from the flashcards you've not made yourself. In my opinion, the best recommendations concerning flashcards that were ever shared on Internet are placed at antimoon.com and fluent-forever.com.
