Sorry if this is in the wrong place but I couldn't find the information anywhere. Whenever I want to send a personal message it says update failed and that I do not have the permissions or something like that. What does this even mean? I've already verified my email. Do you have to pay and get italki credits to be able to PM other users or something? Thanks in advance
I think it can be several reasons:
* Just some technical issue. Solution: just close the browser and then login again. Try to send.
* User that you try to send a message delete his account or block you.
* Somebody report you as a spammer.
* User close permissions to send him messages.
* You are not a premium user and you are trying to send too many messages in a short period of time.
You can create another account and swap messages between to make sure the original works
