We have many students form Latin America. Some might feel jsut as much lost in Moscow as you:)
Also Spanish speakers are often quite communicative and would gladly speak some Spanish.

Also there are language exchange meet-ups in Moscow, some Spanish speakers attend them as I heard. I never came to there.

Iif you do, aren't there some Spanish-speaking stuidents in that university? There are several universities where foreign students study in my part of Moscow, and I often hear Spanish in public transportation.

I guess no one know Spanish in here :/
