about ukrainian: In Ukrainian, we use "ы" and "Ъ"?

My keyboard (Ukrainian) has not these letters, so... 

Ь is too hard to learn, but I'm trying hehe.

In Ukrainian we don't use Ы and Ъ because these letters are Russian. You are mistaken languages.

However, we do use "ь". It is called a soft sign. It makes a previous consonant soft.
Examples, кінь, сіль, біль, тінь, льон.
