so if you please i would suggest that you should increase the number of buses servicing our area and also you can monitor every bus using GPS to know what causing this problem so that your service can be reliable again as it was.

Very good letter. You've put some thought into this. I would add one idea to your suggestion: increase the number of buses servicing our area during the morning and evening rush hour. This would be a more reasonable request than simply making a blanket request for more buses.
