What is different between "arrive and departure"

Arrived = you have reached your destination.
Departure = you are leaving to go somewhere else.
(A) departure -----> the journey ------> (B) the arrival at the destination.
On the way back or return Journey it would be:
(B) <-----Destination THE ARRIVAL<-----(the journey) <---------(A) the Departure
