Are there any situations when it is better not to be completely truthful and honest?
So called white lies

Yes such as when you don't wanna attend and event or a party for instance. It's ok to make up excuses like you're sick or you're busy rather than bluntly saying that you don't wanna go, especially if it's because you're avoiding some people there

I do believe there are some circumstances where white lies are suitable.
