Start with the alphabet and basic greetings. If you're studying by yourself (no classes, no lessons, etc.,) you can go on YouTube and look up YouTubers from your country, or speak your native language, and watch any videos that teach English.

Ask LOTS of questions. Never be afraid to ask or get help with something you don't understand. Get a dictionary (I use offline dictionary app for Spanish and Japanese.)

When you're ready, and only when you're ready, practice with native speakers. Until then you can always practice writing. If your vocabulary is too low speaking will be impossible but you can still get help with writing.
