Currently, you don’t allow private messages. Switch your contact permissions in your privacy settings from „friends only“  to „anyone“. This way people can contact you. May I ask why you set your target language as „Japanese (Okinawan)“? From your posts it looks more like that you’re learning Standard Japanese. Therefore you should set your target language in your profile as „Japanese“.
