I need something translated from urdu to english please if someone could help me!!

lehaza soach buchar kur raha hoon
Talaaq wali baat bohut purani hay z kay aanay say is ka koee ta'luq kahee hay

It doesn't seem like proper Urdu but I will try to translate it
1-Tell the lawyer to take the divorce signature before hurting/injury
whatever is asked leave it behind and get out of here
But right now Aado is small/little and he will be destroyed
that is why I am contemplating/thinking
The talk about divorce is very old, her/his appearance is not connected to this
