I think so, if I understand your question. These sentences are all correct and natural:

"That house sold for twice as much as it is worth."

"Our new refrigerator just died. It's only ten years old. Our previous refrigerator lasted for twice as a long as this one."

"I yelled at my son for twice leaving the refrigerator door wide open."

An example and / or some context would help, but for now, I’m going to say “probably not”. You see, “for” is a preposition, and needs to be followed by a noun (with any applicable adjectives and determiners). “Twice” is usually considered an adverb, not a noun. The phrase “two times” is considered a noun (even though it can also be used as an adverb with the same meaning as “twice”). So, it would be better to say “for two times” (not “for twice”).
