Are you an employee or a business owner?

Hello guys! I am always curious of what make other people busy or their source of income.

So I have the following questions:

If you're an employee, what's your job and/or your position?

If you're a business owner, what kind of business are you in?

If you want to become a business owner, what kind of business do you want to venture in?

You may also state your country.

To begin with, I own and run a fitness gym. It's just a small one located in our neighbourhood. I also work as a part time transcriptionist for an Australian doctor and a part time online English teacher. I accept other projects like voice over recording, transcription from other company and other things I believe is within my talent and capacity whenever they land on my lap.

How about you? Keep the ball rolling, guys! :)

I'm from Mexico and I work as a software developer for a U.S. company. Most of the time my job consist on fixing bugs on existing products but some times it involves the development of really interesting stuff.

Before that job I was a freelancer and I made a lot of projects in different technologies and programming languages.

If I wanted to be a business owner I will start my own development company because there's so much work available that you will never run out of proyects.

Hi Mimmo Vettori! I'm in Manila and everything's fine here. The survivors of the recent typhoon are being brought in Manila (the capital of the Philippines) while their places are being restructured.

Sad to hear that there is a crisis going on in Italy. I hope things will get better soon. I agree with you that if you're an employer you have less responsibility compared if you are the boss yourself. Thanks for sharing!
