Today, let's study how to use い adj and its past tense. By the way, do you still remember what おいしい means? Yes. It means delicious.
1 Bananas are delicious.
2 Apples are not delicious.
Answer
1バナナはおいしいです。
2リンゴはおいしくないです。
Here is how to say the food were delicious.
If it's いadj, you change いinto かった. So it's going to be おいしかったです。You say たべものはおいしかったです。
Then, how do you say vegetables were not delicious?
Again, you change い into かった. So it's going to be おいしくなかった。You say やさいはおいしくなかった。
<POINT>
おいし”い”→おいし”かった”
おいしくな”い”→おいしくな”かった”
1 The fish were delicious.
2 The meat were not delicious.
Answer
1さかなはおいしかったです。
2にくはおいしくなかったです。
