Hii when you introduce yourself in French you say: Salut je m'appelle .... Je m'intéresse à ... Etc.

Well, hi, I would like to pratice speaking english to improve it. I can speak french with someone who want to learn this language. I am living in paris and I work let say in the administration field. I would like to travel abroad, (I don't know where and when yet) and I need to be fluent in english writting and speaking. 

I think it is hard to start point blank a discussion with someone you don't know. 

I think it doesn`t really matter :)

Just express yourself, write what are you thinking about...

Maybe you can ask smth that you re interested in...
