There is no shortcut to learn a foreign language.So you have to learn step by step.This is my opinion:first, you'd better have a partner to practise, if not, you can speak to yourself, in general, you must open your mouth to speak. Second, watching news or TV shows(as reality TV shows,talk shows,movie,entertainment shows) is a good way to improve your level.You have to write down the practical and important words for review in 24 hours.
   At last, you'd better show off what you have learnt to your partners.
