Actually yes, I've just started a discussion about a similar situation. Ever funnier, I was able to read the message once and then in disappeared for good.

I did. Many times. I filed a complaint to support to see if they could get the problem resolved.

Actually yes, but all other messages have come through fine. I'll see if it happens again - I guess it's just a bug.
