company view: 裁員、解雇;

employee view: 被裁員、被解雇、失業、被炒魷魚(spoken language)

"被" means passive.

裁员might be more closer,but we don't say 我被裁员了，more likely we will say, 我离职了，meaning i am not at work, for some reason not mentioned
