A Good Part And An Evil Part
I’m into reading. I’m reading The Strange Case of Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde, a Robert Louis Stevenson’s book, this week. Dr Jekyll says that all human beings have two parts – a good part, and an evil part. And no one can be happy because these two parts fight against each other. Do you agree with this idea? What do you think? For sure Dr Jekyll, the main character of this book, doesn't represent a real person but I think we have both parts and sometimes they fight each other. We know what's correct and incorrect to do, but there is a little pleasure to do something evil, all the same.

Great piece of writing! I have actually never read the book! However, I agree that all of us probably have some amount of good and evil within, although some people seem to have much more of one than the other. I believe we can find happiness despite the inner conflict. In fact, I think that a big part of learning to be happy involves being OK with the fact that we harbor both good and evil.
