Better city initiative Over the past few years, the city of Shenzhen has been dedicated itself to building a “civilized city”, a campaign relevant to everyone of us who lives here. What we can do to make Shenzhen a better city? Firstly, make our city greener. To achieve this goal, we can classify our waste before recycling, encourage our friends, family to bike or walk for commuting. Secondly，spend some of your free time volunteering. There is always something you can help with, from donating old clothes to saving the homeless dogs. Doing good will make you feel good too, so everybody wins. Most importantly, and also the very least we could do is be kind. Remember always treat others the way they would like to be treated. It's never too late to take action.
