How is your travelling?
你的 祣行怎麼樣？ = 的 should be added here. It's only omitted when something is closely associated to the speaker, i.e: 我妈妈(my mother) 我女朋友(my girlfriend) . When talking about other things [like objects for example], it should not be omitted: 我的书包(my bookbag) 我的裤子(my pants)
They often help me with my homework.
他們 常常 幫(助) 做我做功课／作业
功课，作业 both mean "homework". I put brackets around "mang" because it isn't necessary, you can also say: 他们常常帮我做功课／作业.
I am willing to live in China。
我 是 愿意 在 中国 生活。>> 我是愿意住在中国的。I don't think "sheng huo" should be used in this context. 住 means to 'reside' in a location, i.e 她住在美国=she lives in America. 生活 refers to a persons life or life itself.

你跟 我 想 去 商场 吗? should be : 你想跟我去商场吗

你要做什么-In many cases 要 means "want" but this case, 要 means "going to" , i.e. 他要在日本住三年＝he's going to live in Japan for 3 years. In this context it shows a definite action.You should use "想" instead to express "want.", 明天［是］星期日，你想做什么？ The 是 is often omitted in spoken Chinese, but it's still correct to say so.
When do you have time?
当你 有 时间 [的时候]？－This is correct, but not in this sense. 当 is used for "when" and "while" sentences, like: '当我在看电视的时候，外面下雨了=while I was watching t.v., it was raining outside. You should say: 你什么时候有空？-when will you be free? 什么时候 literally means "what-time/moment" and can be translated as 'when'.
