If you want say you`re thin and short,you can say it like this "wo ge zi ai dan hen shou".It means "I`m short but thin".

by the way,we don't use "wo shi nv ren" to inrtoduce ourselves,that sounds weird

Ni hao! Wo shi <strike>nu</strike> nv ren. Wo shi <strike>nu</strike> nv hai. ("<font size="3">ü</font>"must be changed into "v" after consonants~)Wo shi shou(What dose "shou" mean here? you mean slim? If yes, it should be "wo jiao shou", The same as the next sentence"I'm short"(right?), the "am" in English can be translated into Chinese as"shi" here.).
