However, most of small and medium entrepreneurs (SME) lack an efficient and organized system to collect foreign business information. Two main methods to collect foreign business information are collection of international trade institute and direct foreign investment. Nevertheless, each method has its side effect. Collecting information from international trade institute results in competition among national manufactures. In consideration of limited budgets and human resources, direct foreign investment is limited in small portion causing high levels of market concentration. 4.1 Content Collections. To effectively collect business information, it’s necessary to understand purchaser’s motivation and attitude towards turnkey equipment installation which is divided into six categories. (1) Available Market (2) Expected Profit (3) Sufficient Capital (4) Trading Skills (5) Abundant Labor Force (6) Rich Natural Resources The prime reason why purchaser must install turnkey project is because of bellowing several insufficient conditions. (1) Lack of equipment and modern machine tools. (2) Lack of know-how. (3) Lack of human resources. Bellowing prime information should be included in business information collection: politics, economy, market, foreign investment policy, financial environment, labor force, natural resources, land, infrastructure, pollution limits and work equipment regulations.
