Namaste! Tapai lai kasto chha?

I visited mero sati, Ganga today. (How would I phrase that in Nepali?) Mero sati, Ganga, saktra years old (how would I say?) ho. Uhau-ko (She?) Nepali ho. She United States lives. (Nepali?).

As you can see, I'm very new to Nepali. Any help would be appreciated! :)

Ma mero sathi Ganga kahan gayeko thiye. Ganga satra varsha  ko ho. U Nepali ho ra ahile United states ma bascha.

Ma aadja mero saathi Ganga kaha gaaye = I went at Ganga's (place ) today.

She is 17 years old. 

She is Nepali.

She lives in US.
