(今晩 or 今夜[こんや] ケバブを食べます sounds a bit more natural.) 

I eat kebab tonight.

Though the pronunciation of お and を is the same, we write を after the ofjectives. 

Ex.) 本を読みます  テレビを見ます  ワインを飲みます
