I would say 'Після бурі настає (or приходить) затишшя.'

Ukrainians have a less general word 'затишшя' that means a state when wind has stopped. So why not use it?

!Hola! Nosotros usamos diferentes palabras por que subrayar varias matices. Після бурі розгодинилося - quiero decir que despues de la tempestad se hizo el tiempo. Cuando dices після бурі настає спокій - subrayas el cambio tempestad - calma.
