It seems that making own vege-broth is popular in Japan. So, I tried to make one myself. According to the recipes, broccolies and red onions are not suited for this, but I had a lot of them, so I used them anyway. It turned up alright though I cannnot really tell till I use it in my dishes. I found vege stocks from supermarkets are way too salty, so I am very happy to find the way I can make it on my own. Hope this broth taste alright.
日本では、ベジブロスというものが流行っているようなので、私も試してみました。レシピでは、ブロッコリーや赤玉ねぎはブロスには向かないとのことでしたが、たくさんあったので気にせず使いました。今のところ上手に出来上がったように見えますが、実際に料理に使ってみるまでどうなるかわかりません。以前、スーパーで買ったベジストックはものすごく塩からくて使いにくかったので、自分好みに手作りできるとすごくうれしいです。

野菜の切れっぱしで作るスープストックのことです。美味しいかどうかはまだわかりません(^_^;)
