Some Things in Common between Chaos in Brazil and Thailand Some Things in Common between Chaos in Brazil and Thailand According to “Brazilian Protesters to Take a Break as More Security Hits the Streets” On CNN ,which is a regular source of news I read almost every day, Brazilians went to street, protesting for improper allocating of money under the control of their government. The author said that the cause of problem is the financial plan that the government is going to pour in building stadiums and infrastructures to support the football world cup, which will hold in the year and upcoming Olympic Games in 2016. People became angry since many parts of organizations, including hospitalize and Education infrastructures, lack of subsidies, which used to spend all over the country. In addition, life in Brazil is becoming hash too. The higher cost of living squeezes workforce to earn more money. Students are suffering with lower education standards, as well as patients, who have to pay more money on their health care. This news reminds me to the last-2-year incident in Thailand. There were a lot of angry people occupied the road, burning a big shopping center and a lot of violence. I think the problem was the same as the problem in Brazil, which are financial and political problems, and it is another good way to develop their county. Thai governments are notorious in terms of corruption and bribery, which have happened for a long time and hard to change. However, one day, the breaking point was occurred. People uprose against the old traditional regimes. Although, we lost people and a lot of time and money to recovery the city, it has urged other Thai people to show their power and the old government system has changed in a better way. I think to demonstrate people opinion by protesting is a good right way to develop counties.
