Do you believe that people in the future will read fewer books? I don’t think people in the future will read fewer books, and here is my reasoning. First, technology has increased the accessibility of books on a large scale. Those once expensive books now can be downloaded totally for free, allowing people even in rural areas or harsh poverty to read as many books as they want. Second, surely more innovations will appear in the future, but those eternal inquiries, such as ‘What’s the origins of cosmos’, will go on. To find answers to these questions, people need to refer to those profound books written by the best intellectual of that era. That’s why I don’t think the number of boos read by people in the future will decrease.

Do you believe that people in the future will read fewer books?

I don’t think people in the future will read fewer books, and here are my reasons: (I just think it's better to use this)

First, technology has increased the accessibility of books on a large scale. Those once expensive books now can be downloaded (totally is not needed here since when you say it's FREE it already means 100% free) for free, allowing people even in rural areas or harsh poverty to read as many books as they want.

Second, surely more innovations will appear in the future, but those eternal inquiries, such as "what’s the origin(s) of the cosmos?" will go on. To find answers to these questions, people need to refer to those profound books written by the best intellectual of that era.

That’s why I don’t think the number of books read by people in the future will decrease.

Additional: put punctuations such as ? or , before "

only use the ? after the " if the meaning is like:

That song is named "My Song"? or That song is named "My Song" right?

It is different with this sentence >  That song's lyrics contains "this is a song." As you can see the punctuation is before the "

Also, you should use double quotes " " instead of single ones because singles are used like this:

Mary said, "John said 'I love you' to Alexis."

You can find more information about punctuations here. http://grammar.about.com/od/punctuationandmechanics/tp/quotemarks.htm
