هشیار و مست را همه مدهوش میکنی
Dar saghar'e to chist ke ba jor'e'ye nokhost
Hoshyar o mast ra hame madhush mikoni
What is in your goblet which with the first gulp
Drunk or sober, makes all senseless [something like that]
ساغر [goblet] is a bowl used to drink intoxicants. I didn't knew the exact equivalent.
Here "what which is in that persons goblet" means that person's personality, what he/she is... And obviously "first gulp" is getting to know it.

Wine is boiling in the khom [earthenware wine container], come look
If you are willing to remember the blood of Siavush
دل [del] in Persian could mean both heart and inside or core of something. Here while he describes inside of "Khom" as "del'e khom" he is humanizing khom too by giving it a heart.
Siavush in Persian as wikipedia mentions too is the sympol of innocence.

In Persian در و گوهر [dor & gohar][literally gemstone] could mean a valuable word/saying

I can't completely understand this
The goblet of universe/world is full of lover's heart's blood
Revere [my dictionary says so] if you are drinking it.
Jam'e jahan [goblet of universe] is basically universe but more poetic and also drinkable :D
khun'e del [heart's blood] somehow refers to anguish of the lovers/those who are waiting

Sayeh, you are illuminating the adudience/gathered people like a burning candle
With this story/words which you are saying with your silent lips
Sayeh is تخلص [takhalos] or penname of the poet, Hushang Ebtehaj.
