My jogging exercise
Since the beginning of this year, I have being made some jog exercises to keep healthy. But with weather getting hotter and hotter, jog has become a huge challenge to me. Each time when the exercise is over, I get in a sweat. Maybe it's time to adjust the time of jog from evening to morning, after all, the temperature in the morning is lower.

My jogging exercise
Since the beginning of this year, I have been doing some jogging to keep healthy. But with the weather getting hotter and hotter, jogging has become a huge challenge to me. After every time I go jogging I am really sweaty. Maybe it's time to change the time of my jog from the evening to the morning, after all, the temperature in the morning is lower.
