About the Google Translator

Usually when I write letters to samebody somebody, I use the google translater. I start it Google Translator and then I typing a enter some English text; and that's way I can see my mistakes right away at that moment.
I'm not sure if I use the Google Translator for this site it will be a it is scam?
It it's may look like I now know English better than I do. it then it is.
