In Chinese we can say "你住（着）的酒店怎样？". Hope this answer can help you!

翻译成“你住的酒店怎么样？”会更好些，注意“的”的位置，是在动词之后。其实，你用“呆”也可以，但在汉语中，这两个字"待"与“呆”中国人都很容易混淆，个人认为这个“待”应该更准确，也就是“你待的酒店怎么样”。
