Whether you use "will" here in American English depends on what you mean. For instance, if you mean their policies in general, then omit "will". If you mean that British universitities tyically don't accept students from abroad but that they will make an exception this year, then place "will" in there. :)

2. Working for a large company can be a fulfilling experience on condition as long as that the company is helpful.

3. Most banks are happy to lend customers money unless the country is having a financial crisis.

4. The government will reduce income tax providing that a value-added tax is increased.

5. The environmental situation will continue to worsen as long as humanity doesn't sink into a reverie.

I am not sure what you mean by reverie here either.

Or more naturally as "You will always have to wait in a long (waiting) line at our hospital unless you are seriously ill."

This means that someone who is having a heart attack gets to skip to the beginning of the line because having a heart attack is more serious than the common cold which someone in line might have. The word "list" sounds like someone is waiting to be on a list for an organ donation to me.
