has/have breakfast

Is these sentences in right form :

1) She have breakfast = She is having breakfast/eating
2) Dose She have breakfast =  Is she having breakfast?/ eating
3)what time does he have breakfast = What time does he have breakfast?/eat
Instead of have you could say eat.
